The vision of Center Church Brenham is captured in four words: Invite In & Live Out. This is not a slogan — it is a calling that shapes everything from how we preach on Sunday to how our members live on Monday.
Invite In
We believe every person is made in the image of God and deserves to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. We are committed to being a church that actively invites people into relationship with Jesus — through our Sunday gatherings, through personal evangelism, through our missional communities, and through every dimension of church life.
Inviting people to Jesus is not a program. It is a posture. We want every person who calls Center Church home to see themselves as a missionary in their own neighborhood, workplace, school, and family.
Live Out
Following Jesus is not just about what happens inside a church building on Sunday morning. We believe the gospel transforms every area of life. Our vision is to equip every believer to live out the gospel with courage, joy, and intentionality in the ordinary rhythms of their lives.
This looks like neighbors loving neighbors, parents discipling children, workers serving with integrity, and communities being transformed from the inside out by the grace and power of Jesus Christ.
The City & The World
Our vision extends beyond Brenham. We are committed to reaching Washington County with the gospel and to supporting the global advance of the church through missions partnerships. We believe that a church that is truly rooted in its local community will inevitably have a heart for the nations.
