Missional Communities — Center Church Brenham

At Center Church Brenham, we believe the Christian life is not meant to be lived alone. Missional Communities (MCs) are groups of 10–20 people who gather weekly in homes throughout Brenham for fellowship, Scripture, prayer, and intentional mission to their neighborhood.

What Is a Missional Community?

A Missional Community is a small group with a big vision. It is small enough to know each other deeply — to share meals, pray together, bear one another’s burdens — and large enough to have an impact on a neighborhood or specific group of people. Every MC exists to both care for its members and reach out to those around them with the love of Christ.

What Happens in a Missional Community?

  • Studying the Bible together (often connecting to the Sunday sermon)
  • Prayer — for one another and for neighbors
  • Shared meals and genuine friendship
  • Intentional outreach to neighbors and friends who do not yet know Jesus
  • Service in the community
