Equip Groups — Center Church Brenham
Equip Groups are focused discipleship communities at Center Church Brenham designed to help believers go deeper in Scripture, theology, and the practice of Christian faith. While Missional Communities emphasize broad community and neighborhood outreach, Equip Groups emphasize intentional formation and study.
Why Equip Groups?
The apostle Paul commanded the church to “equip the saints for the work of ministry” (Ephesians 4:12). We take that seriously. Equip Groups give people a structured, accountable environment to be formed as disciples who are capable of making disciples.
What We Study
Equip Groups tackle topics like:
- Bible book studies and hermeneutics
- Christian doctrine and theology
- Spiritual disciplines (prayer, fasting, Scripture memorization)
- Evangelism and witness training
- Marriage, parenting, and family discipleship
